Learning Outcomes

In this course, you will:

  • Be equipped with information about the AODA,

  • Understand how to comply with the IASR requirements under the AODA,

  • Understand how Ontario Human Rights Code and AODA relate, and

  • Have an understanding of your responsibilities under the AODA

Course Curriculum

This course has 5 modules, resources, activities and a final quiz. Learners are awarded a certificate upon completion of all 7 modules and a pass grade (70% or higher) in final quiz.

  • Course Length & Access

    This is a self-paced course that takes approximately 45 minutes to complete with the activities. You will have 6 months access to this course, and can revisit course content and resources anytime within that timeframe.

  • Downloadable Resources

    In addition to course content and interactive real-life workplace scenarios, the course has additional downloadable resources for you, such a Reflection Journal, Power Flower Exercise Pack and Course Notes Booklet.

  • Accessibility

    We aim to make our courses accessible to all learners. This course has accessibility options, allowing learners to use closed captions, adjust speed of narration and navigate freely.
