Course Curriculum

This course covers the topics of Human Rights Code, protected grounds, Human Rights & employment, right to equal treatment without discrimination, direct vs indirect discrimination, interview questions and topics, legal vs illegal questions, complying with the Code, Bona Fide Occupational Requirements, biases in interviewing, accommodations and making non-discriminatory hiring decisions . It has resources and real-life workplace scenarios. Upon completion, learners are awarded a certificate of completion.

    This is a self-paced course that takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete with the activities. The primary audience is HR professionals, hiring managers and employers. You will have 6 months access to this course, and can revisit course content and resources anytime within that timeframe.
