Learning Outcomes

In this course, you will learn to:

  • Define and understand key DEI concepts,

  • Recognize and reflect on social identity markers, and the role of intersectionality,

  • Recognize and reflect on privileges and oppressions,

  • Identify and address microaggressions to create more inclusive workplaces,

  • Promote allyship and apply anti-oppressive practices within the workplace.

Course Curriculum

This course has 7 modules, resources, activities and a final quiz. Learners are awarded a certificate upon completion of all 7 modules and a pass grade (70% or higher) in final quiz.

    This is a self-paced course that takes approximately 1-1.5 hours to complete with the activities. You will have 6 months access to this course, and can revisit course content and resources anytime within that timeframe.
